Introducing
BORA cards
56 cards designed to guide your implementation research
About
Hello. If you’re a curious teacher, school leader, programs expert, operations guru, researcher, CEO, or anything in between - we invite you to learn, explore, and play with this prototype!
We hope you find ideas, inspiration & encouragement from uBoraBora grantees who are leading ongoing IR projects to tackle gnarly implementation challenges. You’ll find the BORA cards are divided into four suits, each represents a critical component of IR:
Bit to Tweak: The specific aspect of a programme that could be improved.
Objective: The goal behind that improvement as the programme scales. The uBoraBora portfolio focuses on: adaptation, efficiencies, uptake.
Relationships: How the team works together, often overlooked but critical to success.
Approach: The methodologies used to test, learn & improve. The juicy process behind how the team arrived at the successful tweak.
